Medication Management
Medication management services involve overseeing a patient’s medications to ensure safe, effective use. This includes reviewing prescriptions, managing dosages, preventing interactions, and educating patients. The goal is to optimize health outcomes, reduce risks, and ensure medications are used appropriately.
Your Appointment Buddy
Your nurse supports you by attending appointments, explaining their treatments, managing side effects, coordinating care, and providing emotional support. They are available to offer treatment appointment summaries, advocate for patients, help navigate complex medical information, and improve the care experience.
Wound/Drain Care
Your nurse assists with wound care by cleaning and dressing wounds, monitoring for infection, teaching patients proper care techniques, and managing pain. They ensure wounds heal properly and provide guidance to prevent complications during cancer treatment.
Client-Specific Hospice Care
